Same-day delivery in New York City and North Jersey when ordered by 11:00 AM ET and in the Los Angeles area when ordered by 11:00 AM PT, delivered by 5 p.m. to businesses and 9 p.m. to residences. Everywhere else is shipped: Eastern USA from New Jersey (order by 2:00 PM ET); Western USA from Los Angeles (order by 12:30 PM PT). Cut-offs are shown in the recipient's local time. Delivery is free on orders over $100 USD in the same-day areas; $15.99–$19.99 on orders under that.
Delivered by 9 p.m. in the same-day areas. If nobody answers, the driver leaves the gift in a safe spot or with a neighbour and lets the recipient know; gifts containing alcohol are never left unattended. Delivered by 5 p.m. in the same-day areas, to reception or the mailroom; please include the company name and floor or suite.
