Because each basket is made one at a time, items follow stock. Where a swap is needed, the replacement holds the direction, the purpose and the value.

Delivery notes
  • Same-day is limited to eligible addresses in our same-day areas ordered before 11 a.m. local time.
  • The builder's calendar shows the days that can be delivered.
  • A complete address and a live telephone number for the recipient.
  • Where access is controlled, add the unit, buzzer or concierge details.
  • Where the delivery method supports it, you get confirmation.
Bottles and ID

Any alcohol is an add-on you choose, and only where the law allows. The recipient must be old enough to drink and may be asked for identification on delivery.
