Guttenberg delivery, in plain terms
Among the store's most-sent gifts
Guttenberg is a newer destination for us, so these come from the store's forty most-sent gifts rather than Guttenberg's own list — each live today, delivered today when ordered by 11 a.m. Eastern.
Add-ons, cards and upgrades
Say it on the card
A complimentary greeting card is part of every gift — your message, entered when you order.
Extras
Add wine, champagne, beer, balloons or more food to whatever you choose; the product page lists them.

Hazelton's has been assembling and delivering gift baskets for four decades; the same studios prepare every order.
Substitutions upward
Out-of-stock items are swapped for equal-or-greater value, so nothing waits and nothing is downgraded.
Nobody has to sign
A safe spot, reception or concierge will do; the driver phones the recipient before deciding.
Seven-day support
Chat or call (844) 444-8420 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern any day; e-mails within one business day.
Guttenberg addresses, done right
What makes a Guttenberg delivery smooth is the complete address — apartment or suite, business name, recipient's phone.
Checked today: Guttenberg ZIPs
Checked against the delivery service today, by ZIP code — what the checkout will say for each area.
- 07001 Avenel, NJ · same-day
For a ZIP not listed, the checker at the top of the page gives the same answer the checkout will.
Details that help
- Unit numbers for apartments and suites — the most common thing missing.
- Business name and floor for an office, delivered during working hours.
- Front-desk name for hotels and hospitals, with the room.
- The recipient's phone — asked for at checkout so the driver can call if needed.
Occasions

Guttenberg: the usual questions
Is same-day delivery available in Guttenberg?
Yes — order by 11 a.m. Eastern and a Hazelton's driver delivers in Guttenberg today, seven days a week (businesses noon to 5 p.m., homes noon to 7 p.m.). After the cut-off the checker offers the next delivery day.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more per delivery address, before tax. Under $100 the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Hawaii and Alaska are never free because of the distance.
Can I customise a basket?
From the product page: add wine, champagne, beer, balloons or more gourmet items, or upgrade the bottle a gift comes with. Custom baskets let you choose every item. Changes after the order is placed are never guaranteed — contact us straight away if something must change.
Can I send a gift from abroad?
Yes — Hazelton's is a US store priced in US dollars; senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Delivery within the United States carries no customs or import charge.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders in Guttenberg?
Yes. Turn on multiple recipients at checkout to send one order to several Guttenberg addresses, each with its own card message, or e-mail the Corporate/Bulk Order Form and a representative processes it within 24–72 business hours. Five or more of any gift takes 10% off.
Will I know when it's delivered?
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States; the courier's transit time to Guttenberg is 1 business day from the day it ships. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, and the Track Your Order page shows updates by e-mail address and order number.
