Delivery Information
- Same day is possible in New York City and North Jersey or the Los Angeles area for eligible addresses; orders must be placed by 11 a.m. local time.
- The delivery date is chosen from the calendar in the builder.
- The full address and a working phone number for the recipient are essential.
- Hospital deliveries depend on access to the ward, its procedures and whether the recipient is still there.
- If the recipient is discharged before delivery, contact us at once to arrange an alternative.
- Any access details — apartment, buzzer, concierge, gate code — go in the delivery notes.
- We confirm delivery whenever the delivery method makes that possible.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Wine, champagne or other alcohol is included only if selected and where allowed; the recipient must be of legal drinking age, and valid ID may be requested at delivery.
