Choose the US occasion date before converting to New Zealand time
An order from New Zealand to Washington DC needs the District address, not Washington state. Check the recipient's ZIP and offered calendar before interpreting the sample's one-business-day courier indication. That interval begins after dispatch. Use the recipient's date in the greeting if you mention the occasion explicitly.

Delivery to Washington DC
The sampled Washington DC ZIP, 20001, returned courier service with a one-business-day transit indication. A short transit estimate is not an automatic same-day option. Keep dispatch timing separate from the arrival date available at checkout. Enter the recipient's District address and ZIP rather than selecting Washington state from a saved address list. The destination clock uses Eastern Time. If a building has a receiving desk, ask the recipient what information the parcel needs and put those details in the delivery fields. Use the checker for the actual address before choosing a basket for a time-sensitive occasion.
Check delivery to the recipient’s exact Washington DC ZIP code before choosing a date. Allow for the transit time shown for that address; a delivery option offered in another city does not establish availability here.
Use the recipient’s full street address, apartment or suite, city, state, ZIP code and phone number at checkout. Add any building access instructions. Final delivery choices and charges are shown before payment.
Service examples were checked October 12, 2026. They do not guarantee availability for another address or product; recheck the actual destination.

Deluxe Shortbread and Tea Gift Basket lists cinnamon tea, apples and milk-chocolate-chip shortbread. For a Washington recipient, it offers a warm-drink assortment with fresh fruit. Compare the specific cinnamon flavour with what the person enjoys. A tea gift is more useful when its contents match a known preference, rather than being selected as a universally safe category.
Birthday Assorted Chocolates Gift Set lists birthday popcorn, milk truffles and matcha cookies. It gives you an occasion-specific confectionery direction with a different cookie flavour. A message from New Zealand can focus on the recipient's birthday and the memories you share. The birthday styling should complement their tastes rather than substitute for checking the actual assortment.
Gourmet Food and Coffee Basket lists coffee, orange marmalade and assorted chocolate truffles. It is a more general coffee-and-food gift, worth comparing if the person would prefer coffee to tea. The fruit spread distinguishes it from a cookie-only set. Choose between the three by the drink, treats and occasion you want to emphasise, then review the complete listing.
