Ordering from the UK · delivered in the United States
Send gift baskets to the USA from the United Kingdom
A British card, an American address — one order. Hazelton's hand-delivers the same day in New York City, North Jersey and the Los Angeles area and ships anywhere else in the United States by courier, with no customs on the recipient's side.
Your British address and their American one
The delivery address goes in first, your billing address after — in your own format. Timing and tax follow the delivery address.
Your British billing address
Enter it as your card issuer has it — street address, town and postcode. It appears nowhere on the gift.
Delivery: theirs
The full American street address with unit number, city, state, ZIP code and the recipient's own phone number.

Paying from the UK
Not in pounds sterling
The store charges in US dollars; what you see on your statement in pounds sterling depends on your bank's rate.
Your card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover — a card issued in the UK works when its billing address is entered as the bank has it.
No import charges
Made and delivered within the US: the recipient sees no customs bill and no delay at a border.
What you'll see
A single converted amount in pounds sterling; some issuers add a small foreign-transaction fee.
Language, characters and names
The store runs in English; English is spoken in the UK, so the card message and the address form take the characters you already use.
On the card
As typed at checkout; Latin characters print reliably.
Your address, your format
The billing form accepts your own layout — street address, town and postcode.
US layout for the recipient
Street address, city, state, ZIP code; ask them for the ZIP if you are unsure.

From the UK: the usual questions
Can I pay with a card issued in the UK?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover issued anywhere are accepted; enter the billing address exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format.
Is there anything to pay on top of the price?
The price in US dollars plus delivery (free from $100 per address) and the recipient's state's sales tax, all shown at checkout. Your bank converts the total to pounds sterling at its rate; some issuers add a foreign-transaction fee. The recipient pays nothing.
Does the recipient pay anything — customs, duty?
Nothing. The gift is assembled and delivered inside the United States, so there is no customs charge, no duty and no fee at the door.
What are the cut-offs in my time zone?
Order by 11 a.m. Eastern — 4 p.m. BST where you are for same-day hand delivery in New York City and North Jersey; the Los Angeles area runs on Pacific time, three hours behind. Courier orders leave New Jersey on orders by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.
Can I order now for next week?
Any later date at checkout — the cut-offs only set the earliest day. The date you choose is the recipient's date in the United States, not yours.
What can I put on the card?
Yes — typed at checkout and printed exactly as written, in English or English.
