By 10 a.m. CDT your time for same-day in New York City and North Jersey (11 a.m. Eastern); by 1 p.m. CDT your time for the Los Angeles area (11 a.m. Pacific). Courier orders ship that day when placed by 2 p.m. Eastern (New Jersey) or 12:30 p.m. Pacific (Los Angeles), Monday to Friday.
Which tax will I be charged?
The recipient's state's sales tax, worked out from the delivery address, not Texas's rate. It shows at checkout before you pay.
Which address decides delivery?

Is a future date possible?
