Billing there, delivery here

Their address decides the delivery date and the tax; yours only has to match your card, written the way your bank has it.

Your card's address

Street address, district, city or province and five-digit postal code — as the bank holds it. It stays off the package and the card.

Delivery: theirs

The full American street address with unit number, city, state, ZIP code and the recipient's own phone number.

The cut-offs in South Korea's time

Where you are, 11 a.m. Eastern in New York comes to 12 a.m. the next day KST — well into your evening, so a daytime order always makes it. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs decide the earliest one the checker will offer.

Paying from South Korea

USD only

There is no currency menu — the charge is in US dollars and your bank converts it to South Korean won.

Cards accepted

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Enter the billing address exactly as your issuer holds it.

No customs, no duty

The gift is made and delivered inside the United States, so the recipient pays nothing at the door and nothing is held at a border.

Your statement

One line in South Korean won: the US-dollar total at your bank's rate, possibly with a foreign-transaction fee your issuer sets.

Language, characters and names

English store, South Korean sender: the address form and card take Latin characters; Hangul on the card is untested, so keep the message in Latin letters.

On the card

As typed at checkout. Latin characters only for a safe print.

Your side of the form

Street address, district, city or province and five-digit postal code — the format your card issuer knows.

The American address

Number and street, city, state abbreviation, ZIP code — the ZIP is what the checker needs.

Most-sent, storewide

Too few South Korean orders to rank on their own, so this is what senders across the store choose most, over the available history (the end of 2021 to today).

Where is it?

Track Your Order on the store answers by e-mail address and order number; couriered gifts also carry a tracking link.

Help

Phone (844) 444-8420 or live chat, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern — 10 p.m.–9 a.m. the next day KST where you are — seven days; e-mail replies inside a business day.

Alcohol: 21+

Wine, beer, champagne and spirits are handed only to someone 21+ who shows photo ID — the rule in every US state.

Before you order from South Korea

Will my card work?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover issued anywhere are accepted; enter the billing address exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format.

How is the total worked out?

The price in US dollars plus delivery (free from $100 per address) and the recipient's state's sales tax, all shown at checkout. Your bank converts the total to South Korean won at its rate; some issuers add a foreign-transaction fee. The recipient pays nothing.

What are the cut-offs in my time zone?

Order by 11 a.m. Eastern — 12 a.m. the next day KST where you are for same-day hand delivery in New York City and North Jersey; the Los Angeles area runs on Pacific time, three hours behind. Courier orders leave New Jersey on orders by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.

Can I order now for next week?

Any later date at checkout — the cut-offs only set the earliest day. The date you choose is the recipient's date in the United States, not yours.

What can I put on the card?

Yes, typed at checkout and printed as typed. Hangul has not been tested on the card, so a message in Latin letters is the reliable choice.

Are alcohol gifts allowed?

Yes, anywhere in the United States — the recipient must be 21+ and show photo ID at the door. Choose a gift without alcohol and no ID is needed.
