When do I need to order for delivery today?
Order by 11 a.m. Eastern — 11 p.m. HKT where you are for same-day hand delivery in New York City and North Jersey; the Los Angeles area runs on Pacific time, three hours behind. Courier orders leave New Jersey on orders by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.
What can I put on the card?
Yes, typed at checkout and printed as typed. Traditional Chinese has not been tested on the card, so a message in Latin letters is the reliable choice.
Will my recipient see my address or what I paid?
No. The package carries your name as the sender, the greeting card with your message, and the store's contact details — never your address, your card or the price.
Are alcohol gifts allowed?
Yes, anywhere in the United States — the recipient must be 21+ and show photo ID at the door. Choose a gift without alcohol and no ID is needed.
