Asked about Athens
Why is same-day delivery not offered in Athens?
No. Athens is served by courier from our New Jersey warehouse: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and it ships that day, arriving in 3 business days. Same-day hand delivery runs only in the New York City / North Jersey and Los Angeles areas.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more per delivery address, before tax. Under $100 the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Hawaii and Alaska are never free because of the distance.
Can I add to or change the gift?
From the product page: add wine, champagne, beer, balloons or more gourmet items, or upgrade the bottle a gift comes with. Custom baskets let you choose every item. Changes after the order is placed are never guaranteed — contact us straight away if something must change.
Can I send a gift from abroad?
Yes — Hazelton's is a US store priced in US dollars; senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Delivery within the United States carries no customs or import charge.
Is there a bulk discount?
Yes. Turn on multiple recipients at checkout to send one order to several Athens addresses, each with its own card message, or e-mail the Corporate/Bulk Order Form and a representative processes it within 24–72 business hours. Five or more of any gift takes 10% off.
Is there tracking?
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States; the courier's transit time to Athens is 3 business days from the day it ships. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, and the Track Your Order page shows updates by e-mail address and order number.
