Prepare the Japanese billing address before selecting a US arrival day
Check Washington DC rather than Washington state when preparing the recipient's address from Japan. The sample returned courier service with a one-business-day indication after dispatch. Choose an offered arrival date, compare it with Tokyo and retain your own prefecture in billing.

Delivery to Washington DC
The sampled Washington DC ZIP, 20001, returned courier service with a one-business-day transit indication. A short transit estimate is not an automatic same-day option. Keep dispatch timing separate from the arrival date available at checkout. Enter the recipient's District address and ZIP rather than selecting Washington state from a saved address list. The destination clock uses Eastern Time. If a building has a receiving desk, ask the recipient what information the parcel needs and put those details in the delivery fields. Use the checker for the actual address before choosing a basket for a time-sensitive occasion.
Check delivery to the recipient’s exact Washington DC ZIP code before choosing a date. Allow for the transit time shown for that address; a delivery option offered in another city does not establish availability here.
Use the recipient’s full street address, apartment or suite, city, state, ZIP code and phone number at checkout. Add any building access instructions. Final delivery choices and charges are shown before payment.
Service examples were checked October 12, 2026. They do not guarantee availability for another address or product; recheck the actual destination.

Shop This GiftA broad snack board or a deliberately chosen small gift
The Beet Chips and Shortbread Basket mixes beet chips, popcorn, shortbread and chocolate with English breakfast tea and a marble-and-wood board. The assortment is broader than the name first suggests. It gives a recipient several ways to enjoy the gift, so inspect the complete contents when deciding whether it suits one person or a small shared occasion.
The Box of 8 Sports Cookies makes a more focused gesture. Its eight decorated cookies carry sports motifs rather than a business message, making it appropriate when you know that interest is part of the relationship. If neither prepared selection reflects the person, the Custom Gourmet Gift Basket lets you review the actual choices offered and build around a clearer preference.
For a Washington DC business recipient, a restrained and specific thank-you can be more useful than an extravagant claim on the card. Ask about the organisation's gift acceptance and receiving process before ordering from Japan. Keep a suite or department in the delivery details, leaving the greeting to explain why you appreciate the person. A custom listing is a set of available options, not a promise that every requested item can be supplied.

Payment from Japan
Check the currency and full total displayed at checkout before paying. If your payment account uses Japanese yen, your provider determines any conversion rate and fees when a currency conversion is needed. Use a payment method offered at checkout.
