Billing there, delivery here

Two forms: where the gift is going in the United States, then where your card is registered in Thailand. Everything about delivery comes from the first.

Your Thai billing address

Enter it as your card issuer has it — street address, sub-district, district, province and postal code. It appears nowhere on the gift.

Where the gift goes

Complete US street address (unit or suite included), city, state, ZIP code and a working phone number for the recipient.

The cut-offs in Thailand's time

Where you are, 11 a.m. Eastern in New York comes to 10 p.m. +07, late evening for you; anything placed during your day is in time. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs decide the earliest one the checker will offer.

When can it arrive?

Enter the recipient's ZIP code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses.

Same-day hand delivery in the New York City, North Jersey and Los Angeles areas when ordered by 11 a.m. local time; courier everywhere else in the United States, 1–4 business days. Free shipping from $100 per address.

Paying from Thailand

The currency

US dollars throughout; the conversion to Thai baht is your card issuer's, at its rate.

Which cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Foreign-issued cards are fine; the address check is against your card's record.

No customs, no duty

The gift is made and delivered inside the United States, so the recipient pays nothing at the door and nothing is held at a border.

After payment

Your statement shows the converted total in Thai baht, plus whatever foreign-transaction fee your bank applies.

Writing the card and the address

Everything on the store is in English. A card message in Thai is untested on the print path, so a message in Latin characters is the reliable one.

On the card

As typed at checkout. Latin characters only for a safe print.

Your side of the form

Street address, sub-district, district, province and postal code — the format your card issuer knows.

US layout for the recipient

Street address, city, state, ZIP code; ask them for the ZIP if you are unsure.

Most-sent, storewide

Thailand's own history is thin; the ranking is the store's, over the available history (the end of 2021 to today), and says so.

After you order

Order status

The shipping confirmation includes tracking; the store's tracking page works from your e-mail address and order number.

Support hours

9 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern — 8 p.m.–7 a.m. the next day +07 where you are — seven days by live chat or phone ((844) 444-8420); e-mail within one business day.

Alcohol: 21+

Wine, beer, champagne and spirits are handed only to someone 21+ who shows photo ID — the rule in every US state.

Sending somewhere in particular?

Every state and the busiest cities have their own page, with the checker answering for that place.

Before you order from Thailand

Can I pay with a card issued in Thailand?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover issued anywhere are accepted; enter the billing address exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format.

Does the recipient pay anything — customs, duty?

Nothing. The gift is assembled and delivered inside the United States, so there is no customs charge, no duty and no fee at the door.

How late can I order?

Order by 11 a.m. Eastern — 10 p.m. +07 where you are for same-day hand delivery in New York City and North Jersey; the Los Angeles area runs on Pacific time, three hours behind. Courier orders leave New Jersey on orders by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.

What can I put on the card?

Yes, typed at checkout and printed as typed. Thai has not been tested on the card, so a message in Latin letters is the reliable choice.

Will my recipient see my address or what I paid?

No. The package carries your name as the sender, the greeting card with your message, and the store's contact details — never your address, your card or the price.

Can I send wine or spirits?

Yes, anywhere in the United States — the recipient must be 21+ and show photo ID at the door. Choose a gift without alcohol and no ID is needed.
