When to order from the Philippines
New York's 11 a.m. Eastern same-day cut-off is 11 p.m. PST where you are — well into your evening, so a daytime order always makes it. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs decide the earliest one the checker will offer.

How is the total worked out?
The price in US dollars plus delivery (free from $100 per address) and the recipient's state's sales tax, all shown at checkout. Your bank converts the total to Philippine pesos at its rate; some issuers add a foreign-transaction fee. The recipient pays nothing.
Will the recipient be charged?
Nothing. The gift is assembled and delivered inside the United States, so there is no customs charge, no duty and no fee at the door.
What are the cut-offs in my time zone?
