Ordering from Italy · delivered in the United States
Send gift baskets to the USA from Italy

Your Italian address and their American one
Checkout asks for the recipient's US address first and your own billing address second; only the delivery address decides the timing.
Your Italian billing address
Enter it as your card issuer has it — street address, CAP, city and province. It appears nowhere on the gift.
Delivery: theirs
The full American street address with unit number, city, state, ZIP code and the recipient's own phone number.
The cut-offs in Italy's time
New York's 11 a.m. Eastern same-day cut-off is 5 p.m. CEST where you are, mid-way through your day. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs decide the earliest one the checker will offer.

Paying from Italy
Not in euros
The store charges in US dollars; what you see on your statement in euros depends on your bank's rate.
Paying
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted from any country; the billing address must match your card.
No import charges
Made and delivered within the US: the recipient sees no customs bill and no delay at a border.
Your statement
One line in euros: the US-dollar total at your bank's rate, possibly with a foreign-transaction fee your issuer sets.
Characters on the card
Everything on the store is in English, and a card message in Italian prints as typed — Latin characters throughout.
On the card
As typed at checkout; Latin characters print reliably.
Your side of the form
Street address, CAP, city and province — the format your card issuer knows.
The American address
Number and street, city, state abbreviation, ZIP code — the ZIP is what the checker needs.
Most-sent, storewide
Italy's history supports the destination shares but not its own gift ranking; the store's most-sent gifts, over the available history (the end of 2021 to today), stand in.

$123 is the median order from Italy: as many below it as above.

From Italy: the usual questions
Which cards do you take from abroad?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover issued anywhere are accepted; enter the billing address exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format.
How is the total worked out?
The price in US dollars plus delivery (free from $100 per address) and the recipient's state's sales tax, all shown at checkout. Your bank converts the total to euros at its rate; some issuers add a foreign-transaction fee. The recipient pays nothing.
Is there import duty?
Nothing. The gift is assembled and delivered inside the United States, so there is no customs charge, no duty and no fee at the door.
How late can I order?
Order by 11 a.m. Eastern — 5 p.m. CEST where you are for same-day hand delivery in New York City and North Jersey; the Los Angeles area runs on Pacific time, three hours behind. Courier orders leave New Jersey on orders by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.
Which date do I choose at checkout?
Any later date at checkout — the cut-offs only set the earliest day. The date you choose is the recipient's date in the United States, not yours.
What can I put on the card?
Yes — typed at checkout and printed exactly as written, in Italian or English.
