- Apartments and condos: unit number and, where there is one, the building name or buzzer code.
- Offices: the company name and a floor or suite; deliveries land during business hours.
- Hospitals and hotels: the recipient's full name and room or unit as the front desk knows it.

Asked about Liberal
Why is same-day delivery not offered in Liberal?
No. Liberal is served by courier from our Los Angeles warehouse: order by 12:30 p.m. Pacific on a business day and it ships that day, arriving in 4 business days. Same-day hand delivery runs only in the New York City / North Jersey and Los Angeles areas.
What happens at the door?
Not if it contains no alcohol. A gift with wine, beer, champagne or spirits is handed only to someone 21+ who shows photo ID. Deliveries need no signature otherwise; the driver or courier can leave the gift in a safe spot or with reception.
What does the recipient see about me?
Type it at checkout — a greeting card with your message goes in every order at no charge. The package carries your name as sender, the card and the store's contact details; nothing else about you.
Are substitutions ever made?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value so the gift still arrives on time. That happens without notice during busy periods; fresh items such as flowers and cakes are the most likely to change.
Is there a bulk discount?
Yes. Turn on multiple recipients at checkout to send one order to several Liberal addresses, each with its own card message, or e-mail the Corporate/Bulk Order Form and a representative processes it within 24–72 business hours. Five or more of any gift takes 10% off.
How do I track the delivery?
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States; the courier's transit time to Liberal is 4 business days from the day it ships. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, and the Track Your Order page shows updates by e-mail address and order number.
