Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more per delivery address, before tax. Under $100 the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Hawaii and Alaska are never free because of the distance.
Is ID checked on delivery?
Not if it contains no alcohol. A gift with wine, beer, champagne or spirits is handed only to someone 21+ who shows photo ID. Deliveries need no signature otherwise; the driver or courier can leave the gift in a safe spot or with reception.
Is there a card with the gift?
Type it at checkout — a greeting card with your message goes in every order at no charge. The package carries your name as sender, the card and the store's contact details; nothing else about you.
How do I add extras?
From the product page: add wine, champagne, beer, balloons or more gourmet items, or upgrade the bottle a gift comes with. Custom baskets let you choose every item. Changes after the order is placed are never guaranteed — contact us straight away if something must change.
Are substitutions ever made?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value so the gift still arrives on time. That happens without notice during busy periods; fresh items such as flowers and cakes are the most likely to change.
